Since almost half of the people that Barack Obama is planning to give a tax break to don't pay income taxes, it's fair to ask him or his advisers what he has in mind. Apparently, they're regarding this as a cut in payroll taxes that supposedly go to finance Social Security.

A judge has thrown out a Nebraska legislator's lawsuit against God, saying the Almighty wasn't properly served due to his unlisted home address. State Sen. Ernie Chambers filed the lawsuit last year seeking a permanent injunction against God.
